Terms of service

Streamline Social is social media intelligence software: it tracks public accounts you choose, connects to your own Instagram and YouTube accounts when you authorize it, and generates recommendations, captions, and briefs from that data. Streamline Social is provided by Cornerstone Industries LLC.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Streamline Social, and you must be able to form a binding contract to accept these terms. If you use Streamline Social on behalf of a business, you are agreeing to these terms for that business and confirming you have the authority to do so.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password and any API keys confidential. Team members join a brand by invite; whoever invites someone is responsible for who they add.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying data or source of the service itself.
• Share your password or API keys with anyone outside your team.
• Use a connected Instagram or YouTube account in a way that violates that platform's own terms of service.

You own the brand profile, knowledge docs, and other content you put into Streamline Social. You grant us a license to store and process that content only as needed to operate the service for you, for example generating a brief or a caption from it. We do not use it for anything else.

Connecting Instagram or YouTube links your Streamline Social account to a third-party platform. Your use of that platform remains governed by its own terms, including YouTube's Terms of Service for a connected YouTube channel. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, changes, or decisions.

Streamline Social is currently billed by invoice. We do not store your card details; there is nothing on file to be stolen from us in the way a stored card would be.

We aim to keep Streamline Social available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features as the product evolves, and we will do our best to give notice of any change that materially affects you.

Streamline Social is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The recommendations, briefs, and assistant answers it generates are informational and may be wrong; you are responsible for your own content and posting decisions. To the extent allowed by law, Cornerstone Industries LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Streamline Social and request account deletion at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
